- Disseminating information on diverse quality parameters within higher education
- Coordinating inter and intra institutional workshops and seminars focusing on quality-related topics and fostering quality circles.
- Implementing mechanisms for gathering feedback from students, parents, and other stakeholders regarding institutional processes related to quality.
- Organizing workshops, seminars, and quality circle initiatives both within and across institutions to address quality-related themes.
- Setting benchmarks for performance evaluations of teaching and non-teaching staff and conducting annual review sessions.
- Conducting internal Academic as well as Administrative Audits.
- Encouraging research pursuits among faculty members and students.
- Documenting various programs and activities aimed at enhancing quality standards.
